Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Drive business development for failure analysis and material analysis services in the semiconductor sector, including chip testing and certification.
- Execute business growth plans effectively; independently acquire new clients, manage invoicing and collections, and achieve sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, identify deep-seated needs to ensure stable revenue growth, and provide after-sales support and technical assistance.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors and industry trends, and identify new business opportunities in both current and emerging markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Materials Science, or other relevant STEM disciplines.
- Outgoing and professional demeanor with a strong passion for sales; excellent learning agility and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor testing / analysis industry. Experience with companies such as SinoChip (WinSem), iTi, or Hongkang is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, and proficiency in business negotiation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of independently creating sales proposals and service presentation decks. Basic English reading skills required to interpret international testing standards and technical documentation.
