Mechanical Mechanism Design Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the 3D design and engineering drawing generation for AI hardware joints, transmission mechanisms, and mounting structures.
- Drive structural optimization and simulation iterations with a focus on lightweighting and reliability.
- Oversee the end-to-end prototyping and testing process, resolving technical challenges related to strength and interference.
- Establish design standards and manufacturing specifications, manage BOMs, and support mass production implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 3+ years of structural design experience. Experience in wearable devices or robotics is preferred.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / CATIA; strong understanding of machining processes and tolerance analysis.
- Solid foundation in mechanics, with the ability to optimize design solutions based on simulation results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to thrive under R&D pressure, and proven team collaboration and mentoring capabilities.
