Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, social insurance & housing fund administration, and employee relations.
- Manage comprehensive administrative functions, such as office environment maintenance, fixed asset management, procurement, meeting coordination, team-building event planning, and daily reception duties.
- Assist in refining company-wide HR and administrative policies to ensure standardized process implementation.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to support qualification maintenance, contract archiving, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration; prior experience managing full-cycle HR / Admin functions is preferred.
- Proficient in leveraging mainstream recruitment channels; capable of independently screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for technical and sales roles.
- Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset; able to thrive in a versatile, multi-tasking work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity or interest in the smart hardware or system integration industry is a plus.
