Responsibilities
- Lead the design and review of core technical solutions for AI hardware and robotics.
- Spearhead the resolution of critical technical challenges and drive key technology decisions.
- Guide the R&D team’s technical direction and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Monitor industry frontier technologies, driving pre-research efforts and practical implementation.
- Participate in product technical architecture design and technology selection.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- 5+ years of R&D experience in AI hardware or the robotics industry.
- Proven track record in successful product mass production; familiar with end-to-end (0 to
- product development processes.
- Strong technical leadership and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
