R&D Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D team and establish technical infrastructure
- Formulate R&D plans and resource allocation strategies
- Spearhead development of core technology modules and conduct code reviews
- Drive optimization of R&D processes and enhance engineering efficiency
- Oversee technology selection, architecture design, and technical debt management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 8+ years of R&D experience and 3+ years in team management
- Expertise in AI hardware / robotics tech stacks (embedded systems, algorithms, mechanical design, etc.)
- Proven track record in successful product development and mass production
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies; startup experience is a plus
- Passion for technological innovation and rapid learning capabilities
