Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and establish robust operational processes
- Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, production, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Develop operational plans and KPI frameworks to drive goal achievement
- Lead team building and foster company culture
- Contribute to strategic planning and high-level decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 10+ years of operations management experience
- Prior experience in operations management within AI hardware or robotics companies
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
- Experience in building operational systems from scratch (0-1) in a startup environment is preferred
- Demonstrated business acumen, decision-making capabilities, and leadership
