Assistant Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of algorithms for robot navigation, computer vision, and control systems.
- Lead algorithm implementation, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Participate in dataset collection, annotation, and model training.
- Assist in deploying and accelerating algorithms on embedded platforms.
- Track academic frontiers and conduct preliminary research on emerging algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or related fields
- Proficient in C++ / Python with a solid understanding of common algorithms and data structures
- Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, or SLAM technologies
- Prior experience with published papers or awards in algorithm competitions is a plus
- Strong learning ability and innovative thinking
