Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Lead in developing operational strategies and plans
- Plan and publish content across social media channels
- Support user community management and execute event activities
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
- Handle daily operational tasks and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Marketing, Media, or STEM fields preferred
- Familiarity with the algorithms and best practices of major social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- Proficient in Office suite and design tools such as Photoshop
- High data sensitivity with basic analytical capabilities
