Responsibilities
- Design and lay out the boards that go inside our head-mounted capture device.
- Own schematic capture, layout, signal integrity, and design-for-manufacturing for every board you ship.
- Bring up new boards, debug them on the bench, and drive yield issues to root cause.
- Partner with the firmware, industrial design, and supply chain teams on hardware tradeoffs.
- Ship boards from prototype through pilot run to volume production.
Requirements
- You have shipped real hardware that ended up in customers’ hands, not just simulated it.
- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital design, power delivery, high-speed routing.
- Comfort on the bench — scope, logic analyzer, soldering iron — and clear judgment about when to invest in new EE infrastructure.
- High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Fluent in English.
