Senior Marketing Manager / Director

Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Track semiconductor industry trends and conduct in-depth research on competitors and downstream applications (e.g., automotive, AIoT, data centers) to deliver actionable market insights and competitive strategies.
- Chip Product Definition: Lead product specification definition (MRD), define PPA metrics, interface requirements, and cost targets, while collaborating with R&D teams to ensure product competitiveness.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee pricing strategy, ecosystem development (reference designs, SDKs, etc.), and mass production ramp-up.
- Marketing & Promotion: Distill key technical selling points and develop sales enablement materials such as whitepapers and pitch decks. Plan new product launches, media campaigns, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in marketing or product management, with a proven track record of taking chips from concept to successful mass production.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of chip design workflows and ability to communicate effectively with engineering / R&D teams.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in market analysis frameworks (TAM / SAM / SOM) and competitive teardown / benchmarking.
- Communication: Exceptional written and presentation skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, results-driven approach, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
