Requirements
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong expertise in recruitment management and delivery; experience in organizational transformation is highly preferred.
- Strong teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams to achieve targets.
- Passionate about the low-altitude economy and hard-tech sectors.
- Prior experience in digitalization, hardware / software, or related industries is a plus.
