Production Technician

Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust mechanical components in strict accordance with technical drawings and process specifications to ensure high assembly quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure long-term operational stability.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly, analyzing root causes to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
- Participate in the improvement and optimization of production processes to enhance equipment efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical support to the production line, resolving complex assembly-related issues.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Accurately document equipment operation and maintenance records, and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or above; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation equipment and mechanical assembly.
- Skills:
- - Proficient in mechanical assembly and commissioning processes, capable of independently installing and debugging equipment.
- - Skilled in using various hand tools and measuring instruments, with solid mechanical maintenance capabilities.
- - Familiar with the basic principles and operational standards of automation equipment.
- - Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics effectively.
- Personal Attributes:
- - Strong hands-on ability, meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
- - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- - Adaptable and resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities for unexpected issues.
- - Good physical health, able to adapt to workshop environments and on-site assignments (Huizhou).
