Senior Project Manager
A Multinational Robotics Company
Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation, develop project charters, and define RACI matrices.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including critical paths, resource allocation, deliverables tracking, and stage-gate reviews spanning requirement freeze, EVT, DVT, PVT, mass production, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and US-based teams; chair weekly project meetings and phase reviews to ensure action items are tracked and closed.
- Establish and manage risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs; escalate significant deviations promptly per established protocols.
- Report project status and recovery plans to senior management; conduct post-project reviews and standardize templates and knowledge assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; technical background in mechanical, electronic, or automation engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years of hardware project management experience (e.g., robotics, automotive electronics), with at least one full lifecycle experience from prototype to mass production.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end development-to-manufacturing workflows, with the ability to identify technical and delivery risks.
- Proficient in creating actionable WBS, Gantt charts, critical path schedules, risk registers, and stage-gate review materials.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, written communication, and executive escalation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
