Responsibilities
- Focus on end-to-end intellectual property management for tech enterprises, delivering on-site professional services on a project basis.
- Conduct IP inventory and tiered management for technology companies.
- Perform IP quality analysis and early warning assessments.
- Develop IP layout strategies.
- Drive IP mining efforts to identify patentable technical innovations.
- Collaborate with the company’s technology investment banking team to map and assess the value of clients’ patent portfolios.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in intellectual property management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 985 / 211 university.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive independently for business travel is preferred (to support off-site project requirements).
- Engagement Model: Project-based collaboration with on-site deployment depending on task needs. Compensation is settled per project cycle, with long-term incentives including profit-sharing.
