Responsibilities
- Key Highlights:
- - Core technical role with full ownership of building the embodied intelligence and tactile sensing technology framework, leading core R&D efforts.
- - Tailored for PhD-level research talent, balancing scientific innovation with commercial implementation. This is a scarce, high-level technical position in the hard-tech sector.
- Technical Planning: Oversee the mid-to-long-term technical roadmap for humanoid robot tactile perception and dexterous hand interaction. Stay abreast of industry frontiers to develop R&D solutions suitable for commercialization and mass production.
- Core R&D Implementation: Lead the iterative development of tactile sensing hardware, perception algorithms, and human-machine interaction models. Optimize and engineer the VTLA (Vision-Tactile-Language-Action) multimodal fusion model, integrating hardware, algorithms, and large model decision-making to solve core challenges such as precise perception and smooth interaction.
- Team & Project Management: Build and refine the R&D team and operational standards. Coordinate software / hardware and algorithmic R&D, manage project timelines, mitigate technical risks, ensure quality, and lead the team through product iterations and commercial delivery.
- Resource Alignment & IP Accumulation: Connect with industrial, academic, and capital partners. Lead technical breakthroughs in key projects and solution design. Spearhead the application for core patents and other technical achievements to strengthen domain barriers.
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: Under 35 years old; Full-time PhD from a 985 university or QS Top 200 institution in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Control Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related fields. Less than 5 years of relevant R&D and team management experience.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the embodied intelligence and humanoid robot sectors, including industry trends and commercial logic. Profound knowledge of robotic tactile perception, dexterous control, and human-machine interaction.
- Core Skills: Expertise in tactile sensing technology, robotic force control algorithms, multi-sensor fusion, and deep learning. Prior experience in developing and implementing VTLA multimodal fusion models and possessing end-to-end R&D thinking is preferred.
- Comprehensive Competencies: Strong ability to evaluate technologies, design solutions, and tackle complex problems. Results-oriented with the ability to balance technical innovation with commercial efficiency.
- Preferred Qualifications: Publications in top-tier conferences, core patents, participation in national-level research projects, or experience in industrializing humanoid robots / tactile sensing systems.
