Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of AI applications, covering the entire lifecycle from frontend interaction and backend services to data pipelines.
- Develop high-concurrency AI services using Python FastAPI, integrating Agent frameworks for complex orchestration and task scheduling.
- Build high-quality frontend interfaces using React + TypeScript + shadcn / ui, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of design mockups and superior user experience.
- Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to rapidly prototype, validate solutions, and deliver requirements efficiently.
- Integrate multimodal APIs to develop and maintain video generation pipelines, ensuring stable and efficient system operation.
- Design and implement data tracking strategies, building business data monitoring and analysis systems to track core metrics such as GMV.
- Establish a monitoring platform (logs, performance, distributed tracing, business metrics) to ensure system stability and observability.
- Architect private deployment solutions, supporting Docker and Kubernetes containerization along with CI / CD workflows.
- Ensure data security isolation by implementing Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) models.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience; proficient in Python (FastAPI), React, and TypeScript, with a proven track record of developing production-grade high-performance systems.
- Proficient in AI coding tools like Claude Code, with practical experience in using AI to accelerate prototyping, iterate on requirements, and boost coding efficiency.
- Expertise in the React ecosystem (shadcn / ui, Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, etc.), capable of independently developing complex frontend interactions and components.
- Familiarity with data tracking strategy design and implementation, with hands-on experience in building monitoring platforms (log monitoring, performance monitoring, business dashboards).
- Proficient in LangGraph, with the ability to encapsulate Agent capabilities into stable, highly available backend services.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis; experience with vector databases (e.g., pgvector) is preferred.
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD processes, with experience in private deployments and system observability construction.
- Strong coding standards, emphasis on maintainability and engineering quality, and adaptability to the fast-paced rhythm of a startup.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in database design and data modeling related to GMV attribution.
- Familiarity with multimodal vector retrieval and Embedding storage optimization.
- Deep understanding of AI Agent products, capable of providing end-to-end technical solutions from frontend to backend.
- Experience in designing data security isolation architectures (tenant isolation, data encryption, BYOK).
- Strong business acumen, able to align technical solutions with marketing conversion outcomes.
