Senior Robotics Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and system integration of robot motion control and navigation algorithms, establishing an end-to-end closed loop for perception, decision-making, and execution.
- Build robot software systems based on ROS / ROS2, implementing sensor data fusion, localization, path planning, and navigation functionalities.
- Tune and optimize controller parameters (e.g., PID, MPC) to enhance movement stability and response speed in real-world scenarios.
- Optimize real-time performance for embedded platforms (such as Jetson Orin) and upper-level control logic to ensure efficient hardware-software collaboration.
- Collaborate with algorithm and hardware teams to conduct system joint debugging, testing, and performance iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proficient in C++ / Python with strong programming skills and practical engineering implementation experience.
- Familiar with ROS / ROS2 and possess hands-on experience in robot project development.
- Solid understanding of control algorithms such as PID and MPC, along with knowledge of state estimation methods like Kalman Filtering.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile robots, robotic arms, or quadruped robots.
- Knowledge of computer vision, visual SLAM, or sensor fusion technologies (the company focuses on a pure vision approach).
- Experience in embedded system or real-time system development.
