Responsibilities
- Lead the selection and optimization of MoE and various LLM architectures, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as federated learning.
- Design multimodal data parsing solutions to unify representations across heterogeneous data types (text, images, audio, video, etc.).
- Package algorithm models into stable, callable Agent services to support real-world business applications.
- Continuously optimize model inference performance and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with MoE architectures, various LLM frameworks, and federated learning, with a solid understanding of the underlying principles of mainstream large language models.
- Proficient in machine learning and neural networks, with hands-on experience using PyTorch / TensorFlow.
- Deep knowledge of distributed computing architectures (data parallelism, model parallelism, pipeline parallelism).
- Proven track record in deploying Agent-based solutions (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
- Experience leveraging data analysis to drive model optimization and performance tuning.
