Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade software systems.
- Participate in the full SDLC (Requirements Analysis → System Design → Development → SIT / UAT → Go-Live).
- Write code and conduct code reviews; participate in CI / CD processes and defect management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) or interest in full-stack development.
- Understanding of database design and SQL; strong coding habits and teamwork skills.
- Experience in web / mobile application development; familiarity with engineering practices such as CI / CD and Git.
- Leadership experience (for Senior roles) – compensation negotiable.
- Reports directly to the Hong Kong Technical Lead.
