Senior Product Manager (AI Algorithm Platform)

Responsibilities
- Execute the product director’s strategic roadmap to design core platform modules, including geospatial data processing, 3D capabilities, and visual data integration; deliver PRDs, prototypes, and business rules.
- Collaborate with R&D teams throughout the full lifecycle—from requirement reviews and development to testing and launch—while managing post-launch issue resolution to ensure high-quality version iterations.
- Gather requirements from business units, projects, and clients; prioritize and categorize needs by distinguishing between foundational platform features and project-specific customizations, driving the consolidation of recurring needs into standardized capabilities.
- Research trends in GIS, machine vision, and autonomous driving, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to propose product optimization strategies and continuously enhance platform functionality.
- Partner closely with solution architects and delivery teams to understand specific project scenarios, provide product-side technical support, and develop comprehensive user documentation.
- Lead product retrospectives, produce iteration reports, and continuously refine user experience and platform performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of experience as a B2B Platform Product Manager; cross-industry backgrounds are welcome. Prior experience in GIS, spatial platforms, computer vision, or autonomous driving products is preferred.
- Proficient in prototyping tools with the ability to independently author detailed PRDs for complex modules; familiar with B2B product iteration workflows.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and mid-end product logic; capable of interpreting basic technical designs and aligning effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to differentiate between standard platform requirements and bespoke project needs.
- Eager to expand knowledge in GIS, machine vision, and autonomous driving sectors, with a keen interest in the practical application of AI / LLM technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong resilience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
