Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
- Design top-level solutions for government, energy, and transportation sector clients based on the company’s platform capabilities.
- Lead POC validation and solution demonstrations; support pre-sales technical exchanges, proposal presentations, and bidding processes.
- Deeply understand client business pain points and requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Bridge product and sales teams as a technical expert to drive wins in key accounts.
- Build and maintain the solution library, consolidating industry best practices and standardized solution templates.
- Monitor industry technology trends and competitor dynamics to continuously enhance solution competitiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide product requirement feedback and drive product capability improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, GIS, Automation, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales roles, with background in smart cities or industrial internet.
- Strong technical and business acumen, capable of quickly understanding client needs and designing targeted solutions.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills; able to independently write proposals and lead bidding presentations.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality solution whitepapers and tender documents.
- Prior experience in low-altitude economy, drones, spatiotemporal data, or digital government sectors is preferred.
- Willingness to travel; strong stress tolerance and teamwork spirit.
