Operations Director / Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily scheduling and operations of the national 'Cloud Eye' perception network, ensuring stable operation and high availability.
- Establish and implement a standardized flight service system, develop operational SOPs, and enhance service quality and delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate multi-project concurrent scheduling, optimize operational workflows and resource allocation, and reduce operating costs.
- Manage client deliveries by establishing a quality management system to improve customer satisfaction and handle major complaints.
- Ensure flight safety by developing safety management policies, organizing safety training and inspections, and preventing accidents.
- Lead the construction and management of the operations team, enhancing professional capabilities and service awareness.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize operational efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in aviation, surveying / mapping, management, or related fields are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in UAV (drone) operational management or related industry operations.
- Extensive experience in UAV operations or operator management, with a thorough understanding of drone flight workflows.
- Strong capability in managing multiple projects concurrently and optimizing processes.
- Excellent service orientation and customer focus, with the ability to effectively resolve client issues and complaints.
- Strong safety awareness and risk management skills; prior experience in safety management is preferred.
- Proven team leadership experience, capable of driving teams to achieve operational goals under pressure.
