City General Manager / Business Lead

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Regional General Manager, holding full P&L accountability for operations across designated territories (Eastern Guangdong, Western Guangdong, or Northern Guangdong).
- Drive achievement of core business metrics, including contract value, revenue, profit margins, and cash flow.
- Build and lead a high-performance 'Iron Army' sales team; establish robust regional structures for sales, delivery, and operations.
- Expand and maintain strategic relationships with key government entities and large enterprise clients, fostering C-level connections.
- Develop regional market expansion strategies to identify opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Manage and develop ecosystem partners to build a comprehensive regional business network.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of major regional projects to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not restricted.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or regional business management, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles.
- Possess strong entrepreneurial spirit and an owner’s mindset; capable of operating independently and taking full responsibility for regional business outcomes.
- Deep network within government or large enterprise sectors with a proven track record of successful sales; local resources in Eastern / Western / Northern Guangdong are highly preferred.
- Experience in building regional markets from scratch (0-to-1), with the ability to establish regional business frameworks from the ground up.
- Excellent leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented with high resilience; able to withstand intense work pressure and willing to relocate long-term to the assigned region.
