Responsibilities
- Execute the 'City Partner' program to expand localized service partners and achieve partner development goals.
- Design partner policies and incentive mechanisms to build a competitive regional service ecosystem.
- Manage partner recruitment, screening, contracting, training, and enablement to enhance partner capabilities.
- Monitor partner business operations, track performance, and assist partners in resolving business challenges.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support partners in executing projects and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Organize partner events and meetings to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Collect partner feedback to continuously optimize partner policies and support systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not restricted.
- 5+ years of experience in channel expansion, ecosystem cooperation, or partner management.
- Strong skills in business negotiation and resource integration, with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal influence.
- Possess platform-based partnership thinking, understand ecosystem collaboration models, and ability to design reasonable cooperation mechanisms.
- Prior experience in industry internet, SaaS, drone, or smart city sectors is preferred.
- Solid project management and problem-solving skills, capable of independently driving partnerships to implementation.
- Results-oriented, willing to travel, and able to work under pressure.
