Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
- Design top-level solutions for government, energy, and transportation sector clients based on the company’s platform capabilities
- Lead POC validation and solution demonstrations; support pre-sales technical exchanges, proposal presentations, and bidding processes
- Deeply understand client business pain points and requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions
- Bridge product and sales teams as a technical expert to drive win rates for key projects
- Build and maintain the solution library, consolidating industry best practices and standardized solution templates
- Monitor industry technology trends and competitor dynamics to continuously enhance solution competitiveness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide product requirement feedback and drive product capability improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, GIS, Automation, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales roles, with background in smart cities or industrial internet
- Strong blend of technical and business acumen, capable of quickly understanding client needs and designing targeted solutions
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills; able to independently write proposals and lead bidding presentations
- Strong documentation skills with ability to produce high-quality solution whitepapers and tender documents
- Prior experience in low-altitude economy, drones, spatiotemporal data, or digital government sectors is preferred
- Willingness to travel; strong stress tolerance and teamwork spirit
