Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design module-level solutions based on specified module specifications, and complete circuit design and simulation verification.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to execute layout design and iterations, and conduct post-layout simulation.
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities for simulation and testing issues under guidance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in analog chip design; prior successful tape-out experience is preferred.
- Experience in designing SerDes, High-Speed AFE, High-Speed ADDA, PLL, or similar high-speed interfaces.
- Deep understanding of analog device structures and proficiency in the working principles of CMOS analog and RF circuits.
- Strong communication skills, pragmatic work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit.
