Mid-Level Internet Product Operations Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the three-tier departmental business ST meetings, including topic collection, follow-up on outstanding issues, and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Handle pre-calculation and statistical analysis of departmental labor costs; regularly produce monthly pre-calculation reports, track internal staff man-hours, and manage timesheet submissions for collaborative personnel.
- Coordinate key departmental reporting arrangements; develop meeting sandtables, generate meeting minutes, and ensure closed-loop resolution of outstanding issues.
- Analyze departmental travel data, identify areas for improvement regarding travel-related issues, and publish monthly reports.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking the achievement of departmental KPI targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a regular higher education institution
- Experience in departmental operational support, project assistance, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel data processing
- Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and driving skills
- Proactive mindset, self-driven execution, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous work ethic
