R&D Engineer (Nanomaterials)

Responsibilities
- Material Synthesis & Development:
- Design material synthesis routes. Conduct research on surface modification, functionalization, and doping processes. Optimize process parameters for scaling up from lab-scale (gram) to pilot-scale (kilogram) production.
- Characterization & Testing:
- Operate various characterization instruments to analyze material morphology, structure, and composition. Perform performance testing and evaluation tailored to specific application scenarios.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data. Draft standardized lab notebooks, technical reports, and project summaries. Utilize statistical tools to analyze experimental errors and optimize experimental protocols.
- Technical Problem Solving & Support:
- Monitor cutting-edge developments in the domestic materials sector and conduct competitive analysis. Assist the production department in resolving technical issues during mass production and compile standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Physical Chemistry of Materials, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry and Physics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with exceptional academic records are welcome).
- Strong logical thinking skills and hands-on experimental proficiency. Good ability to read English literature (CET-6 required).
