Community Operations Intern

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content for WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). Produce in-depth articles for WeChat and lightweight posts for Xiaohongshu based on tech trends and hot topics, ensuring differentiated positioning and coordinated distribution to boost follower growth and engagement.
- Engage with open-source communities (GitHub, Discord) and assist with showroom reception. Capture developer discussions, UGC content, and showroom highlights to create shareable images, graphics, or short videos for various platforms.
- Handle video shooting and editing, as well as design visual materials such as posters and long infographics. Assist in planning online / offline events (salons, open days, live streams), write promotional copy, track campaign performance, and continuously optimize operational strategies.
- Manage basic English correspondence, including email communication.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Journalism, Marketing, Chinese Language, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to both long-form WeChat articles and short-form Xiaohongshu posts. Familiarity with WeChat layout tools and Xiaohongshu platform rules is required. Prior operations experience is a plus (please provide portfolio links).
- Good English reading and translation skills; able to read technical documents and perform basic translation or content creation.
- Creative thinker with strong planning awareness; able to propose operational strategies aligned with tech trends. Interest in Robotics / AI is preferred; experience in tech-focused content operations is a bonus.
- Proficient in design tools like Canva / Photoshop. Knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut (Jianying) or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum internship duration of 3 months. Strong collaboration skills across departments.
