Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on prototyping, PCB design, and testing to validate design feasibility and product solution effectiveness.
- Own the full lifecycle of PCBs, cabling, and electrical subsystems from concept through to mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships, maintain production-related technical documentation, and support product assembly and successful market launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field, with 5–10 years of end-to-end experience in hardware product development from prototyping to mass production.
- Proficient in PCB CAD tools; strong expertise in digital circuits and low-level communication protocols, with solid practical skills in electrical design and integration.
- Intermediate English proficiency and professional-level Chinese; capable of seamless collaboration with English-speaking teams and fluent in technical communication in Chinese.
- Currently based in China (Guangdong preferred); willing to travel frequently (30%–50%); demonstrates strong teamwork skills and adaptability across multiple projects.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with ROS, Linux systems, and Git version control; background in CAN bus design / debugging, servo drive tuning, and EMI / EMC troubleshooting; proficiency in Python / C++; experience in firmware / driver development or product certification; RF system design, FCC certification, or supplier development via RFQ.
