岗位职责
- 开展实物原型制作、PCB设计及测试工作，验证设计可行性与产品解决方案有效性。Conduct hands-on prototyping, PCB design and testing to verify design feasibility and product solution effectiveness.
- 全权负责PCB、布线及电气子系统从概念设计到量产落地的全生命周期管理Be fully responsible for the entire life cycle of PCBs, cabling and electrical subsystems from concept to mass production.
- 与跨部门、跨地域团队协作，解决技术问题并落地以客户需求为核心的解决方案。 Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to solve technical issues and deliver customer-oriented solutions.
- 负责供应商管理、建立维护生产相关技术文档，支持产品组装及顺利上市。 Manage suppliers, establish and maintain production-related technical documents, and support product assembly and launch.
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气/电子工程及相关专业，拥有5-10年硬件产品从原型到量产全流程经验。Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with 5-10 years of experience in hardware product full process from prototyping to mass production.
- 熟练使用PCB CAD软件，精通数字电路及底层通信协议，具备扎实的电气设计与集成实操能力。 Proficient in PCB CAD software, digital circuits and low-level communication protocols, with practical electrical design and integration capabilities.
- 中级英语、专业中文水平，可与英语团队顺畅协作，熟练开展中文技术沟通。Intermediate English and professional Chinese, able to communicate smoothly with English-speaking teams and conduct technical communication in Chinese.
- 目前居住于中国（优先广东），愿意频繁出差（30%-50%），具备良好团队协作及多项目适配能力。Currently residing in China (priority to Guangdong), willing to travel frequently (30%-50%), with good teamwork and ability to adapt to multi-project work.
- 具备ROS、Linux系统操作及git版本控制工具使用经验；具备CAN总线设计/调试、伺服驱动器调试及EMI/EMC问题解决经验掌握Python/C++语言，具备固件/驱动开发或产品认证相关经验，优先考虑。
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience in ROS, Linux system operation and git version control tools; Experience in CAN bus design/debugging, servo drive tuning and EMI/EMC issue resolution;Proficiency in Python/C++ and experience in firmware/driver development or product certification;Experience in RF system design, FCC certification or supplier development through RFQ.
