HRM / HR Specialist

Responsibilities
- As a key member of our fast-growing startup team, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions rather than focusing on a single module. We are looking for someone who has experienced the complete organizational development lifecycle and is committed to growing with the company long-term by building and optimizing our HR systems.
- Independently manage end-to-end HR operations for the startup, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, corporate culture, and HR administration.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts based on business needs, including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer management, and new hire onboarding.
- Manage payroll calculation, social insurance and housing fund contributions, performance appraisal implementation, and mechanism optimization. Ensure compliance with labor laws to mitigate employment risks and maintain a stable team environment.
- Organize regular employee activities, promote corporate culture, and implement employee incentive programs to continuously enhance team cohesion and organizational vitality.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist the General Manager in team coordination, fostering a positive organizational atmosphere, tracking goals, and managing ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; candidates from prestigious universities (e.g., Project 985 /
- are preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience with hands-on expertise in at least two core modules (e.g., Recruitment, Performance Management, or Compensation). Experience managing full-cycle HR operations is highly desirable.
- Aligned with the startup mindset, willing to commit to long-term growth with the team. Able to handle multi-module responsibilities, flexible work demands, and high-pressure environments with strong initiative.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, empathetic, and business-savvy. Possesses strong risk management awareness and excellent learning agility.
- Prior experience as a generalist HR professional in a tech startup is a plus.
