Tech Lead

岗位职责
- Lead technical design and system architecture
- Build and improve backend and full-stack production systems
- Develop AI/LLM-powered product features and internal tools
- Design APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Review code and establish engineering best practices
- Solve complex production and technical issues
- Support and guide other engineers
- Work closely with Product and business teams to deliver new features
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies when appropriate
任职要求
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or similar senior engineering role
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building and maintaining production systems
- Proficiency in Python and/or modern backend technologies
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Experience using LLMs or AI in real applications
- Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong English communication skills
